Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy: this gives you 7 days to request a return after receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused and with original tags, hygiene liners and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.
In order to start a return, contact us at info@bodybae.ae mentioning your order number, name and the items you wish to return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if you find your items defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Your refund will be issued as a voucher towards one of our products and processed within 2-5 working days upon receiving your order. You will be charged 30 AED for return delivery and it will be deducted from your order voucher balance.
